Carmen lectures on ethical fashion and responsible practices at the top design schools in New York City. As a speaker at conferences, companies, and events, Carmen brings 20 years of design, labor, manufacturing, and sourcing expertise to her audiences.

Carmen solves challenges related to designing and developing sustainable products. Solutions adhere to transparency and traceability in the supply chain.  Sustainable design direction also includes developing resilient products and innovative solutions that intersect with profitability, expansion, and meaningful cultural intervention.
